Dreams are Made of ThisMost of us are content to make do with a decent second hand run-around and will be more than happy to buy used cars Ireland . But if we could have any car of our dreams, absolutely anything, real or fictional, what would it be? The young at heart might go for the car from Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, the film from the Christmases of our childhood. Or maybe Penelope Pitstop's candy pink car in which she always just manages to escape from the Hooded Claw? Don't forget the Volkswagen Beetle from the Herbie series of the sixties. And how cool was the Mystery Machine from Scooby Doo? More popular though would probably be a car belonging to one of our heros. James Bond's numerous cars are the stuff of many men's dreams, such as the Aston Martin DB5. Or maybe Starsky and Hutch's Ford Gran Torino or even Gene Hunt's Audi Quattro, which was even copied in one of the UK general election posters! Another favourite would be the big red Dodge from the Dukes of Hazzard – remember them? Maybe the more outlandish would appeal to others such as the Batmobile, ever changing and packed with gadgets, or KITT the talking car from the TV series Knight Rider. What would your dream car be?
